I recommend this book to anyone who wants to get into the best shape of their lives. The book is so fundamentally sound that pound of body weight other exercises in the dark really. The plan is ingenious: Take a "test" to see how many pumps can you do with the shape right and then use it to find the ideal training partner for 100! The classes are very balanced and not feel like a chore.
I read the book and took the challenge seriously and managed to crank out 100 consecutive push-ups only when the book says I should! The 48th day of my program, I was able to pump 101 and was so happy to nail my goal.
I continue to follow the program, even after the "magic number" such as pumps good exercise for your heart, arms and chest! There are so many variations as you learn, you can take your workouts interesting and fun.
